Ag pleez, Deddy, won't you take us to the drive-in?

The Material movie is still on circuit on a small numbers of screens. And, it is on at the Velskoen drive-in.

I used to love going to the drive-in when I was in high school. My mate Sasha used to take us in his folks car. Yes, he would drive us without a license, but we all did it. Those were the days.

I read in the newspaper recently that the Velskoen will be closing down soon. This is the last drive-in still operating in South Africa. It is the end of an era.

If you have not yet seen Material then here is your chance to go to the drive-in one last time, and to catch the magic of Material.
